About The Brahman Museum

Welcome to The Brahman Museum – a Texas non-profit established in 2024 by Brandon and Rachel Cutrer as a tribute to the history and significance of the American Brahman breed of cattle at a global level. This museum is the culmination of a decade-long dream to celebrate and preserve the rich history of this remarkable breed of cattle. The Brahman Museum is envisioned as a global haven for Brahman enthusiasts.

Admission is complimentary to The Brahman Museum. We hope you enjoy learning about the breed of cattle that is so important to the history and economy of not just Wharton county, but the world.

The Brahman Museum is dedicated to community. Currently in the process of obtaining 501(c)3 non-profit status, we aim to create a space that is a living, breathing tribute to the legacy of Brahman cattle and their remarkable breeders.

As you explore our exhibits, you'll uncover the story of Brahman evolution, the impact of influential families, and the vibrant story of the breed's journey from India to present day. It's more than a collection of artifacts – it's a narrative that unites Brahman lovers worldwide.

Join us on this extraordinary venture as we invite you to be a part of The Brahman Museum community. Together, let's celebrate the beauty, resilience, and spirit of Brahman cattle that have captured our hearts for generations.

Welcome to The Brahman Museum – where history grazes, and passion thrives.
